• Sergeant Emily Hart--callsign "SteelHart". Inventor and engineer, older twin to William Hart. The twins share a sympathetic psychic bond as well as superhuman strength.
  
• Sergeant William "Will" Hart --callsign "SteelWill". Inventor and engineer, younger twin to Emily. Frequently uses football as a metaphor for life.
  
• (unnamed by writers)--callsign "Bluegrass". The youngest Colonel--and best pilot--in the force. Not built for direct combat, the "Cowboy" or "Rawhide" as he is more commonly known to his teammates, pilots the Maraj, an experimental two-stage cloaking craft.
  
• The Copper Kidd--Mathematical genius from the Planet of the Mimes.
